By participating in this Promotion, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). This Promotion is only valid in participating countries, which are Lebanon, UAE, and Qatar (herein referred to together as “Participating Countries” and/or individually as “Participating Country”). Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms, without any prior notice and/or liability.

The Promotion is open from 1st of June 2026 till 31st December 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries can be made between 00:01 and 23:59 each day during the Promotion Period. Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be valid. The Organizer may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Promotion Period, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever, without the need of any further notice.

Visuals featured in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Winners will be awarded digital vouchers of equal value.
No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except in the event of circumstances outside of its control, Organizer reserves the right to substitute Prizes with alternatives of equal value at Organizer’s discretion.
Participant winning a Prize (the “Winner(s)”) are instantly notified upon entry. Additional confirmation may be provided by email or phone. The Prizes i.e. digital vouchers will be issued within [ 5 working days ] business days.
It is the responsibility of the Winner to supply the correct personal information to claim the Prize. Organizer will not be liable for the non-delivery of the Prize caused by the provision of wrong information.
Winners may be required to provide the original winning code and proof of purchase. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in disqualification.
Any relevant taxes that are required to be paid in order to claim the Prize is the responsibility of the Winner. Winner(s) may be required to take part in publicity with no compensation.
The Winner(s) agrees to allow the Organizer to use their surname and country of residence to announce the Winner(s) of the Promotion and perform delivery of its duties thereto.
Organizer’s Promotion and any intellectual property rights arising thereto (including, the content of the Website) are and will remain Organizer’s exclusive property. No part thereof may be copies, altered, duplicated, reproduced, transmitted or sold in any way.
This Promotion, Website and ancillary services related thereto are provided on “as is” basis without any implied warranties of any kind. No responsibility can be sustained by Organizer for entries or claims which are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted nor for any technical or system issue, error, malfunction, virus, bug, delay or any other reason whatsoever.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, neither the Organizer, nor its’ respective parent, affiliated companies, or subsidiaries, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Promotion and use of any Prize.
Participant hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless (including our respective parent, affiliated companies, or subsidiaries) from any claim, loss, damages arising out of or related to this Promotion and use of any Prize.
Organizer will only use the personal details supplied by the Participant for purposes of this Promotion. Participant’s personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the relevant Participating Country’s data protection legislation. By participating in the Promotion, Participant agrees to the use of his personal data for participation in the, and effectuation of the Promotion and any marketing announcement on the Organizer’s social media channels and communication related to the Promotion.
Participant acknowledges that Organizer’s decision is final with regards to all Promotion matters.
By participating in the Promotion, Participant accepts these Terms and is bound by all the rules in full.
Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any Participant that it regards as being in breach of or defrauding these Terms or the spirit of the Promotion.
Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and/or the following Terms, at any stage, without incurring any liability.
The Promotion is governed by the law of the relevant participating country and Participant is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country where Participant resides in.
Participant acknowledges and agrees that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials, the Terms shall prevail. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and by entering this Promotion, Participant is deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms.
